Situar en el espacio es decir dónde está una persona, un objeto o un lugar. En la lección del tiempo, *there is* colocaba un partido en el viernes. Aquí coloca cosas en el aula.
El número manda: si dices *two*, no puedes abrir con *there is*.
*Where is the ball? It's under the table.* *Where are the books? They're on the desk.* *Where* pregunta el lugar. *They're* = *they are*.
«Uno: there is. Varios: there are. Here, lo toco. There, lo señalo.»
There is a ball under the table. There are two books on the desk. There isn't a pen on the chair. Ana is here. Hugo is there, next to the door.
Ana is between Hugo and Nuria. The cat is between the chair and the door. Between necesita dos referencias, no una sola.
Where is the ball? It's under the table. Where are the books? They're on the desk. Is there a window? Yes, there is.
En la vida real
Si el marco no carga (file://), abre l08-situar-objetos-personas-y-lugares-en-el-espacio.html.
There is uno, there are varios. On encima, under debajo, between entre dos. Here cerca, there lejos.
Dibuja tu pupitre y cuatro objetos. Escribe cuatro frases: una con there is, una con there are, una con under o between y una con here o there. Una buena idea suele… que el número (is/are) coincida con el dibujo y que between tenga dos referencias. Pensado para portfolio / lesvencimos.com más adelante. Por ahora: cuaderno.
